  • Ensured compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements throughout the shipment process.
  • Maintained up-to-date records of shipment milestones and key events.
  • Accurately documented customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details for reference and follow-up.
  • Worked closely with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Air Freight Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Singaporean only.
