• Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of clients and campaigns.

• Understand the overall client business objectives and contribute ideas to strategy development.

• Support team leads to help Clients identify their advertising and marcom requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.

• Work with agency teams – creative/content, production, marketing – to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.

• Support in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.

• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes/contact reports.

• Undertake administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Support the New Business Director in pitches and new accounts where required.
