Working Day/Hour : Monday to Friday , 8am – 5.30pm

Location : Macpherson / Woodlands, Singapore

Responsibilities:

·       Respond to customer enquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

·       Prepare quotations, process orders, monitoring stock level, prepare sales forecast.

·       Coordinate with warehouse and driver to monitor delivery status and ensure on-time fulfillment.

·       Provide accurate product information, including availability, pricing, promotions, and returns.

·       Act as a communication bridge between the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.

·       Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).

·       Attend roadshows or company promotional events, involve marketing activities as and when assigned

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Business Admin, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience)

·       At least 1 -2 years' experience in sales (packaging/paper industry will be advantage).

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

·       Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

·       Willing to travel.

·       Preferred start date: Within 2 weeks to 1 month upon offer acceptance (earlier availability is an advantage).
