We are looking for a proactive and flexible Sales Assistant to support our sales team and overall business operations.

  • Sales Support & Administration

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in company's systems.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer insights.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order processing.

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams to ensure product availability.

  • Market & Sales Insights

  • Conduct basic market research to identify new prospects or trends.

  • Provide input on customer needs, product improvements, and competitor activity.

  • Support in preparing presentations and pitches for potential clients.

  • Flexibility & Adaptability

  • Step in to support event operations when the event manager is unavailable.

  • Take on ad hoc responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • No education requirements.
  • Basic fluency in English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership beyond defined tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Open to Singaporeans.
