Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with products
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Cashiering duties - process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
  • Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Candidates with more than 5 years of retail experience may be considered for Senior Sales Assistant position
  • Part-Timers are welcomed to apply

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience gained within a Retail or Customer Service environment
  • Good customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
