Are you passionate about fashion and committed to providing exceptional customer service? As a Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant at HLA GARMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.', you'll be the face of our brand, delivering a personalised shopping experience to our customers. Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the success of our Central Region store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet, serve and engage with customers, offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance to help them find the perfect items
  2. Maintain the store's presentation, ensuring all merchandise is neatly displayed and organised
  3. Process sales transactions, handle cash, and provide excellent customer service
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide informed recommendations
  5. Support team members with various store operations and tasks as need
  6. Basic housekeeping
  7. Serve more customer, get higher commission

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment
  4. Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holiday
  5. Able to work Minimum 24 hours up to 32-40 hours per week (3-5 days per week)
  6. Proficiency in English and the ability to speak additional languages (mandarin) is an advantage
