Retail Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team You will play an important role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and accurately priced.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, or digital payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and receiving of goods.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Support store promotions and sales activities when required.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided).
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.
