Retail Assistant (Part Time)

This part-time job is suitable for undergraduate studentswho are on semester break and would like to gain practical experience. It offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our store.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms.
  • Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce.
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.
  • Drive client satisfaction.
  • Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Undergraduate students in any field of study.

  2. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).

  3. Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

  4. Passionate to the customer/sales industry

  5. Must be able to commit for at least 3 months.

  6. Candidates with no prior retail experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.

  7. Willingness to learn.

  8. Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
