About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-growing team at PHONEVIBES PTE. LTD. (Lite Mobile) as a Retail Sales Executive / Retail Sales Advisor. In this full-time position, you will be the key touchpoint for our customers, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and memorable experience in our store.


What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service & Sales
  • Delivering outstanding service to walk-in and online customers
  • Actively promoting and selling our full range of phones, accessories, and services
  • Building rapport with customers and assisting in product recommendations
Store Operations
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
  • Processing sales accurately, including handling cash, payments, and POS systems
  • Supporting stock-taking, inventory management, and replenishment
  • Handling device testing, diagnostics, and buy-back procedures (training provided)
Performance & Teamwork
  • Contributing to store sales targets and KPIs
  • Reporting operational or customer-related issues in a timely manner
  • Joining team meetings, training, and skill development activities

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, approachable, customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Able to handle POS systems and basic inventory tasks
  • A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
