Job Description :

  • Prepare proposals and contracts' on behalf of managers to clients
  • Assist in daily pick up reports , weekly forecast and monthly presentation reports
  • Supervising all the input of revenue for all events in system , lost reports , tracing of activities etc.
  • Disseminates events related information to other departments
  • Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • min 1 years experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
