About the role

A highly-regarded international law firm, is seeking an exceptional Administration Manager to join their team in Singapore. This full-time role will be based in the central region of Singapore and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's local office.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and executing all administrative functions for the Singapore office, including managing facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the firm's partners, lawyers and staff
  • Developing and implementing efficient office processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Liaising with the regional and global teams to align office practices and policies
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (minimum 5 years) in an administrative management role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing administrative teams
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to liaise with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and experience with office management software and tools
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
