The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
- We are looking for an Advertising Solution Partner Manager
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing, business, or technical field preferred
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a client-facing digital media or solutions role, preferably within large agency, tech, or consumer goods environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across APAC, with a deep understanding of regional client needs and market dynamics
- Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions, including campaign planning, creator tools, and performance marketing
- Proven track record in strategic client partnership, product adoption, and solution mapping
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external teams
- Strong analytical capabilities, with comfort handling data to drive insights and decisions
- Organized, responsive, and able to operate in a matrixed environment under tight timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution adoption, revenue planning, and strategic client initiatives for regional consumer goods accounts
- Execute on regional and global business plans across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Deliver go-to-market strategies, performance measurement, and best practices across markets
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital marketing solutions, translating insights into actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: analytics, creative, product, and technical solutions
- Engage senior client and agency stakeholders through strategic consultations and planning
- Build and deliver capability programs that empower regional teams to scale solutions effectively
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide consultative support for product alignment
- Represent the business at client meetings and key industry events across the region
- Travel required: Up to 2 times per quarter within Southeast Asia
