Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in driving sales performance within the beer or liquor trade.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve revenue targets.
 - Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market position.
 - Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client requirements and delivering effective solutions.
 - Prepare and present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with reliable forecasts, to senior management.
 - Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and remain fully informed of competitor activities and industry developments.
 
- Proven experience in FMCG trade , with a strong preference for experience in beer or liquor .
 - Successful track record as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
 - Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
 - Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution.
 - Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
