Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tender and procurement process.
  • Review, evaluate, and administer contract documents.
  • Handle cost control, variation orders, and claims management.
  • Draft and manage contractual correspondences with stakeholders.
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor project budgets, revenue, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, with 4 years in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in tender costing for residential, warehouse, factory, and institutional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS contract forms.
  • Familiar with contract law, SOP Act, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience handling projects over $100 million in value.
