As a (Senior) Executive, you will manage several key areas to uphold high financial standards within the organization:

1. Invoice Management

  • Process e-invoices and coordinate with officers for timely verification.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods and services in the system.
  • Review processes and implement improvements to drive faster payments and adopt best practices.

2. Payment Reporting

  • Monitor payment statistics through analysis and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with officers to resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and deliver timely and meaningful reports to stakeholders.

3. Access Management

  • Review and address exceptions in monthly security exception reports.
  • Drive long-term improvement plans to reduce and manage exceptions.

4. Corporate Billing Management

  • Serve as the Certifying Officer for corporate credit card transactions.
  • Verify and ensure proper billing details for centralised telecommunications and corporate programmes.

5. Governance and Compliance

  • Conduct monthly surprise checks on imprest books to maintain financial governance.
  • Ensure accurate reimbursements between the organization and external agencies.

6. Policy Development

  • Lead and/or support the review of finance policies to better enable operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and study best practices to develop sound and practical finance policies.

7. Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Prepare and present materials (e.g., infographics, PowerPoint slides) to educate the finance community on financial matters.
  • Support the team with additional assignments and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
