We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Finance Executives to join our team and support the financial operations of our nursing home. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial processes, supporting resident-related transactions, and contributing to our overall financial governance in a caring and community-focused environment.

Job Summary:

As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations, handling financial documentation, and assisting in budgeting and reporting activities. You will also work closely with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant financial processes in line with organisational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily finance and accounting operations, including payment processing and cash handling
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial documents and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on financial matters
  • Provide support in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting activities
  • Assist in financial documentation related to resident support schemes and government submissions
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Department

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or a related field; candidates with a Degree in Business/Accounting are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software is preferred
  • Meticulous and comfortable working with numerical data
  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
