Technical Project Manager-Scrum/Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure effective application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Partner with leadership to promote Agile values, mindset, and cultural transformation across departments.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end IT or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles. with 3+ years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
