Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on the product.
  • Analyze, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the proposed product as user stories.
  • Translate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements, developing prototypes using visual mock-ups, wireframe.
  • Works with Product Teams to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify problem space and opportunity size,user interviews and gather insights to inform formulation of problem statement.
  • Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track metrics.
  • Analyze results post-release to identify areas of improvement, impact of requested changes, assess reasonableness of requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocom Technology, Engineering or related subject area
  • 4 year's experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
  • Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
  • The BA should preferably be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
  • BA with strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • BA with change management skills to facilitate the users to product adoption will be an advantage.
