Business Analyst (Digitalization) - M.Dai

Drive digital initiatives by shaping technology-enabled business solutions, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical outcomes that support organisational transformation and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Delivery

  • Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process enhancements.
  • Manage project deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee issue tracking and resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with business units, serving as the link between users and technical teams.
  • Support ongoing optimisation and improvement of business processes and digital tools.

Digital Strategy & Innovation

  • Use frameworks like Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and Customer Journey Mapping to shape new digital capabilities.
  • Advise stakeholders on leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

Change Management

  • Contribute to change initiatives by promoting user adoption and ensuring smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or project coordination/management.
  • Proactive, organised, and analytical, with strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of digital tools, business process improvement, and IT-enabled solutions.
