Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing financial, procurement, and reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps.
  • Lead initiatives for process improvement, including redesign, automation, and best practice implementation.
  • Champion the use of innovative technologies and digital tools to bolster analytical, operational, and reporting capabilities within the Finance team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current system structures and identify integration opportunities.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and resource plans, proactively managing risks and engaging stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison among Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment in transformation initiatives.
  • Provide systems administration support and oversee user access governance for compliance with financial policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance operations, and FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, including process optimization, system implementations, and change management within finance and procurement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in developing process maps and translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, demonstrating a passion for innovation and measurable impact.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution and operational detail.
