  • 1 year contract, subject to renewal/ conversion
  • Mon - Fri, office hours
  • Kallang
  • up to $6500 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial insights and advisory to senior leaders to support organisational decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting activities, including planning, utilisation tracking, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Partner stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend financially sound, compliant solutions.
  • Manage budget reporting by preparing monthly reports, reviewing project proposals, and handling budget journals and virements.
  • Oversee grant and funding processes, including drawdowns, utilisation tracking, projections, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g, ACCA)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant finance or business partnering experience.
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience working in the public sector is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
