We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Banquet Coordinator to be part of our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating exceptional events within our banquet spaces, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to five-star service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including scheduling, room setup, staffing, and catering arrangements, to guarantee the flawless execution of each event.
  • Manage event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and event orders, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and events team to understand client requirements.
  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and create event timelines.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring all event elements, from décor to service, align with our 5-star standards, delivering memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Support the Banquet Operations Manager and Management with additional duties as required.

Talent Profile:

  • Minimum Diploma or some experience in Event Planning, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and event management software.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
  • Prior experience in banquet operations is highly desirable.
