Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Queenstown for a Banquet Sales Executive. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for managing banquet sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, planning and coordinating banquet events, and ensuring the successful execution of all events. The role involves meeting clients, conducting site inspections, preparing proposals, and ensuring that all clients' needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Banquet Sales, or Event Planning
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
