Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal and external comms campaigns, including digital and social media content.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.
  • Support staff engagement initiatives and crisis comms planning.
  • Manage procurement, scheduling, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate on-site content (posters, digital screens, murals) and vendor liaison.
  • Maintain inventory of corporate gifts and collaterals.
  • Provide admin and logistics support for volunteer programmes, events, and visits.
  • Handle office equipment records, asset tagging, and general upkeep.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in communications and administrative/project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare environment.
  • Able to multitask, manage timelines, and work both independently and in a team.
