About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dormitory Executive to join our team at SOON LEE INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD.' in Jurong West, West Region. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our employee dormitory facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the smooth running of the dormitory, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable living environment for all residents
  2. Coordinate and supervise the work of dormitory staff, including housekeeping, maintenance and security personnel
  3. Manage the allocation of dormitory beds and rooms, maintaining accurate records
  4. Handle resident inquiries and complaints, addressing issues promptly and professionally
  5. Enforce dormitory rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline
  6. Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure the dormitory meets all legal and regulatory requirements
  7. Prepare reports and maintain detailed documentation of dormitory operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar dormitory management or facilities management role
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  4. Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to dormitory operations
  5. Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
