As a Sales Tender Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in accordance with specified requirements.
- Track and analyze tender outcomes to enhance win/loss performance.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Source and monitor opportunities from various procurement and vendor portals.
- Generate leads through industry events, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, including cold calling.
- Conduct market research to remain informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, performance metrics, and marketing initiatives.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales effectiveness and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and coordinate a smooth handover to operations for service onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
