Snr. Regional Sales Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a resourceful and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience managing dealer accounts and working with retail promoters. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in Singapore's retail market (B2B and/or B2C) and is confident in building relationships and driving sell-through. Candidates without export experience are welcome to apply — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of Sales Promoters.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with the marketing department.
- Contribute to monthly sales vs order planning meetings.
- Monitor and track sales performance of dealers and promoters.
- Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and sales-related administrative tasks.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with appointed Dealers/Trade Partners.
- Manage, implement, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Attain the company's monthly and yearly sales budgets and targets.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers when required.
- Support export sales activities and coordination with overseas distributors when needed.
Qualifications
- Singaporean only.
- Candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in key account management are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internships will also be considered.
- Mandarin speaking is required so as to converse with Mandarin-speaking distributors while on business travel to China and Singapore.
- Diploma/Degree in business management or any related field.
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Possess a high level of commitment and a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit leadership qualities and willing to go the extra mile.
- Possess Class 3A Driver's license & own vehicle.
- Willing to travel overseas occasionally.

- Season parking will be fully covered by the Company.
