Position: Junior Service Engineer (Job ID: 19952)

Location: Macpherson (5 minutes walk from MRT)

Job Description:

· Provide Hands on technical support for Semiconductor's machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, trouble-shooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customers sites both local and overseas

· Prepare reports which include of service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to machine performance

· To update the Management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.

· Respond to customer requests as to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and work closely with HQ and Sales Personnel

· Conduct training on proper operation on the machine at customer's site

· Develop and maintain close relationship with customers

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidate with hands on working experience in Semiconductor industry is also encourage to apply

· 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Semiconductor industry is an added advantage

· Candidates with no prior experiences are welcome to apply.

· Good command of English both in written & communication for communication with stakeholders

· Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage to communicate with Japan HQ

· Candidate must be willing to travel as and when required (To client office)
