**Junior Desktop engineer**
- Good communication skills.
- Laptop/ Software Win OS Troubleshooting knowledge.
- Prepare Master image, if applicable.
- Inform user that all data migration to be completed by themselves prior to migration schedule.
- Migrate user upon confirmation on schedule
- Unbox and prepare new laptop/desktop in staging area for user.
- Prepare laptop/desktop and migrate user upon confirmation on schedule.
- Configure required settings
- Follow the instruction from the computer centre, if found some failure report back to the computer centre.
- Support on next business day after migration - 1 day. Beyond that it would be picked by BAU desktop engineers.
- User Acceptance Test Checklist and sign-off

Contract Duration**:12 months**, potentially extendable
