We are looking for a Senior/Systems Engineer to install, commission, and support telecommunication solutions while guiding junior engineers. The role requires both strong technical expertise and client-facing skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, commission, and support advanced telecom products.
  • Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with global vendors on technical matters and documentation; occasional travel required.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead project technical teams in Tier 1 turn-key projects.
  • Conduct technical workshops for clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Computer Technology (e.g., Communications, Software, Cybersecurity, AI, Big Data).

  • Strong in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server.

  • Experience with CIS hardening, patching, and compliance enforcement.

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco and Dell switches (L2/L3, VLANs, routing, BGP, spanning tree).

  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Independent, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
