About the Role

Join a trusted engineering service provider specializing in power transformer solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Engineer to take the lead in managing service projects, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance and testing work for power transformers.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate power transformer service and maintenance projects from planning to completion.
  • Work closely with the sales team to prepare technical service proposals and project cost estimates.
  • Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians during on-site works.
  • Perform testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of high-voltage transformers and related equipment.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables meet standards.
  • Support the preparation of service documentation and technical reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in power transformer servicing, testing, and commissioning.
  • Sound understanding of transformer design, components, and operating principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • A good communicator who can lead site teams and engage effectively with clients.
  • Possesses a Class 3 driving license.
