Are you looking for the next step in your career? We're searching for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team, onsite in our office and warehouse in Changi.  You'll play an integral part of delivering our mission: to deliver the right medicine, to the right patient, at the right time.

In this role, you will support our Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions, working closely with Operations, including the warehouse and secondary packaging teams. This hands-on role involves managing quality assurance activities across our Secondary Packaging Unit, APAC warehouses (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia), and contracted 3PLs, ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO, GDP, GMP, and local regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On a day to day basis, this role will see you:

  • Lead Quality Processes – Manage change control, quality risk assessments, deviations, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, and company standards.
  • Oversee Documentation – Maintain SOPs, forms, and policies, ensuring all quality documentation is up-to-date, compliant, and accessible.
  • Training & Compliance – Provide and track staff training on GDP, GMP, and SOPs, conduct internal inspections to ensure facilities and teams remain compliant with regulations.
  • Product Quality Checks – Inspect packaging, labels, returned goods, and incoming stock, authorise product release, monitor and investigate complaints and rejected stock.
  • Validation & Supplier Management – Ensure facilities, equipment, and processes are validated, approve and monitor suppliers, contract manufacturers, and outsourced partners.
  • Reporting & Administration – Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts, support audits and inspections, ensure proper filing, record keeping, and communication with management.
  • Industry & Knowledge – Stay updated on regulations, industry best practices, and therapeutic areas, attend conferences, ensure continuous compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and review performance of QA team members to drive a quality-focused culture.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, or a related technical discipline
  • 5- 7+ years' experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical wholesaling industry (preferred)
  • Hands-on exposure to QA in an operational environment
  • Experience with secondary packaging processes
  • Strong background in GDP and GMP Quality Management Systems, with knowledge of facility design and operations
  • Experience in staff training delivery (desirable)
  • Auditing experience (audit qualifications highly desirable)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
