What you'll do:

As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will be entrusted with managing the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing through to payment execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve close coordination with multiple departments to ensure all financial transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records in the ERP system, reconciling accounts regularly, and providing first-line support for any queries related to payables. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external partners. By consistently delivering accurate results within deadlines, you will help maintain the integrity of the company's financial operations while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

  • Process vendor and intercompany invoices with precision, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  • Book purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices into the ERP system accurately, making sure all necessary supporting documents and approvals are attached.
  • Handle travel and entertainment expense claims by verifying compliance with group T&E policy before processing them efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed account reconciliations related to accounts payable, such as reviewing vendors' statements of accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively within the finance team as well as with supply chain colleagues, requestors, and vendors to address queries or resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and process payments on schedule, maintaining clear records for audit purposes and ensuring all transactions are properly authorised.
  • Update the daily cash book meticulously so that financial records remain current and reliable at all times.
  • Support your immediate supervisor by performing any additional duties assigned on an ad-hoc basis, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist where needed.

To excel as an Accounts Payable Executive, you will bring proven experience in managing high-volume invoice processing within a structured finance environment.
