About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sea Freight Operation Executive to join our team at ONEGLOBE CONSOLIDATORS (S) PTE. LTD. in the Changi East Region. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and coordinating sea freight operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and monitor sea freight shipments from origin to destination, liaising with various stakeholders including shipping lines, customs, and clients
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for sea freight shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sea freight activities and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sea freight or logistics operations role, preferably within the freight forwarding industry
  • Strong understanding of sea freight processes, documentation, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, shipping lines, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in using logistics and freight management software
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
