As a Marketing & Communicate (Assistant Manager, Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following:

  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain the calendar of events for the Orthopaedic and Hand Departments.
  • Conceptualise, plan, and execute departmental events and outreach activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including patient education materials, tailored to the Orthopaedic and Hand Departments.
  • Create content for EDMs, posters, digital panels, and social media posts.
  • Drive awareness of departmental services through digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Review and update website content to improve navigation, enhance information accessibility, and engage clinicians through feature write-ups.
  • Conceptualise and design engaging content for clinic digital displays, including visually appealing graphics, videos, and reels.
  • Monitor SEO trends and performance, refine strategies, and address gaps to improve online visibility.
  • Assist in drafting memos, briefs, and invitations for departmental events.
  • Undertake other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any discipline.
  • With minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
