**Job Type**: Full-Time/Contract

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our sales team and enhance our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn. The Marketing Communications Assistant will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and promote our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Help manage the company’s social media channels by creating posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather information on client needs and feedback.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining marketing databases, tracking budgets, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are organised and accessible for the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or in any related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
