Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our Group's online presence. The ideal candidate will develop engaging informative content, showcase the range of services we have and attributes and culture of our doctors and team. This role is crucial in building trust with our patients which is our biggest priority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including health tips, patient testimonials (with consent), doctor spotlights, and clinic updates.
  • Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), respond to patient inquiries, and foster online community engagement.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare providers to create informative and educational content about our services.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Manage online reviews and reputation by responding professionally to patient feedback.
  • Coordinate social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in social media management which does not have to be healthcare related.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
