Industry: Healthcare- Handle communication between different groups involved (like organizing meetings, taking notes, managing public inquiries, drafting responses, and dealing with mailbox messages)- Arrange and coordinate important events with stakeholders such as healthcare providers and the public (like webinars and in-person meetings)- Assist in analyzing data (like analyzing public inquiries to spot common themes) and presenting findings to management- Keep the division’s website(s) up to date- Assist in managing an online training course (like user registration and handling user queries)- Help keep track of project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones- Aid in creating communication materials (like infographics)- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including data entry, updating contact lists, and drafting documents.

**Requirements**:
- Singaporean- Diploma holder in any field- Administrative support abilities (like organizing meetings and data entry) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams- Basic Excel skills (like filtering data, performing basic calculations, and creating tables/charts)- Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus- Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel

Other information:
- Salary: $13/hr- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pM/Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm- Contract: 6 + 6 months- Location: Harbourfront centre
