About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. This role will play a key part in supporting our business growth by partnering with leaders to identify, attract, and retain top talent while enhancing overall recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across all functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) for process improvement.
  • Support the utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (UKG Recruiting Gateway).
  • Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote employer branding.
  • Support other HR initiatives such as employee relations, training, and compensation projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of in-house recruitment and HRBP experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in foreign worker hiring and coordination with labour contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, and ATS platforms (UKG preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail, strong initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
