Swimming ability is required, though no teaching experience is necessary — full instructor training will be provided.
You will be required to work across both of our locations: Tanjong Katong Road and Bendemeer Road.
Remuneration will be based on experience. Fresh candidates are welcome

Key Responsibilities

Swim Instruction & Child Engagement

  • Conduct fun, safe, and interactive swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children.

  • Foster a supportive and educational environment during every session.

Administrative Support

  • Manage registrations, class bookings, student records, and daily documentation with accuracy.

Certification Management

  • Oversee student progress and ensure timely issuance of completion certificates and related documentation.

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent service by addressing parent inquiries and concerns in a friendly, professional manner.

Facility Oversight

  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the pool and centre environment, maintaining hygiene and health standards.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage schedules, coordinate bookings, and support smooth day-to-day operations at the centre.
