Description

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring a professional and prompt response.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of client services.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with event planning and organisation as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction

Profile

A successful EA and client servicing professional should have:

  • Prior experience in providing executive-level support or client servicing within professional services in order to understand the context
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of SGD 60000 to SGD 72000, depending on experience.
