Senior/ Executive, Emergency Preparedness

Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as lead liaison with MOH and agencies on emergency preparedness; ensure operational readiness for various emergencies (e.g. pandemics, fires, power outages), support new polyclinic planning, and lead emergency exercises and staff training.
  • Serve as alternate contact for MOH security matters; implement security frameworks, review and enhance polyclinic security measures, coordinate with authorities (e.g. Police), and advise on infrastructure planning for new facilities.
  • Plan and conduct emergency preparedness and security drills (e.g. bomb threat scenarios), tabletop exercises, and organize staff training to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Promote a data-driven approach in clinic operations; develop and maintain KPIs and reports to monitor and improve emergency preparedness and security performance.
  • Represent in MOH and Whole-of-Government (WoG) emergency-related committees and workgroups; support key initiatives like DSMC Ops deployment and contribute to the development of national-level exercises

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess emergency planning and management knowledge will be good
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment, collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job function.
  • Strong writing and data analysis skills.
