Sales Support Executive

- Position : Sales Support Executive (Aluminium Door Solutions) - Up to $4,000 + Commission
- Location : Tampines North Drive
- Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) - occasional weekends meet up with interior designer ONLY IF required
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $4000 + $600-$1800 commission PER MONTH + 1 month Chinese New Year bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Established aluminum window and door supplier - GOOD COMPANY
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads) into sales by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and building strong relationships.
- Oversee projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Plan effectively, allocate tasks, and manage coordination with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and challenges, providing clear updates to management.
- Guide junior staff and work closely with internal and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in administrative and sales coordination experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset, committed to continuous learning and process improvement
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
