The objective of this role is to manage key accounts and customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of global business volume and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned accounts align with corporate/regional strategies and meet key performance indicators (KPI) outlined in the contract.
- Managing key accounts, ensuring their business growth and profitability.
- Conduct business reviews, analyze opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage direct reports in the team i.e., Engineers and technicians.
- Experience with following up on contract and project sales.
- Established networking with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, etc.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in insulation industry would be advantageous.
- Attention to details and capable of working in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
- Confident, self-motivated, independent, with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5, $7,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
