
Business Development Manager

**Purpose**:
1. To identify, implement and execute action plans which are aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the Group.
2. To identify and engage new customers in green fields.
3. To gain entry to new markets.
**Duties/Responsibilities (RE)**
- Identify potential and new greenfield opportunities.
- Assist in conducting and formulating comprehensive studies on business solutions for implementation.
- Assist in pilot testing of business solutions with customers, potential partners, suppliers and internal business units and personnel.
- Identify strategic leveraging opportunities within the company in order to expand geographic footprints, and deepen business and relationships with target customers, and facilitate the realization of identified potential.
- Sell new solutions and cut deals.
**Pre-requisites (A)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or closely related field
- At least 5 years in business development role is required for Managerial position
- Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing insights to market and customer trends, market needs and possible 'winning' solutions to address identified opportunities and gaps.
- Self-driven, persistent, highly motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra miles.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality to seek out new contacts and build relationships and convert them into customers.
- Willing to work under fast paced and challenging environment
- Able to travel in the region with short notice.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
