Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement leasing strategies to achieve the desired trade mix and optimize occupancy
- Manage all leasing matters including handling enquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, renewals, and lease administration
- Develop marketing collateral, circulars, and promotional materials to support leasing and tenant engagement efforts
- Stay updated on retail sector trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly performance reports to monitor leasing effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing events and strengthen tenant relationships
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management to support overall leasing objectives
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in a similar leasing or property-related role will have added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
