Executive, HR Planning

The Executive, HR Planning shall be responsible for the following:
- Assist in annual manpower budget exercise, including collation of institution-wide manpower requests.
- Analyse and review the manpower requests with various stakeholders (Medical and Non-Medical HODs).
- Facilitate the annual manpower budget review session with Senior Management.
- Collate and conduct the Annual HR divisional budgeting exercise.
- Assist in scholarships and sponsorships forecast with consideration of headcount needs, attrition rate, scholars and sponsored graduates' ratio, actualization rate.
- Track and maintain pre-service scholarships and sponsorships database vis-à-vis the annual forecasted requirement.
- Manage and provide accurate manpower statistics that include, but not limited to, the approved manpower establishment and actual manpower hired.
- Prepare manpower related reports to be disseminated to other departments.
- Review and improve on current manpower data management to improve work efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
- Position ID creation and management in SuccessFactors.
- Perform any HR related projects/duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior(s).
Qualification
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
a. Recognised Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
b. Relevant Experience & Skills
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Diploma holder with minimum 5 years' relevant experience
- Ability to engage and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess good analytical (statistic) and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Applications (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge in basic programming will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors System, HR modules

- Independent and responsible, possess initiative to complete tasks
