  • Position     : Shipping Executive (Freight/International FCL) - Up To $4,000 - WEST
  • Location    : West – Penjuru Road (Buses Available: 78 / 79)
  • Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience)    : Up to $4,000 +  Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration   : Permanent
  • Industry    : Logistics Solutions / Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, shipments, and bookings.
  • Coordinate shipping operations, schedules, and contracts.
  • Sourcing for carriers and rates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze shipping protocols and expenses to suggest improvements.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Manage inventory, perform stock control, and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and assist with ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Freight forwarding /Shipping / Transportation industries.
  • Able to work independently
  • Short notice or immediate starters will have advantage
