Senior / Associate Executive, Ear Throat Nose (ENT) Centre

The Job:
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Executive includes but is not limited to the following:
- Ensure smooth operations of the hearing referrals, making sure the patients receive the necessary services and dealt with any problems that may arise
- Support day-to-day operations of Hearing clinics (CHC) to ensure the needs of the centre as well as the referring General Practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals are met
- Maintain and update records/databases for the purpose of statistics, database and research
- Work with SGH ALPS in the procurement of hearing devices and other equipment including tracking of orders and invoices
- Right siting patients referred by ENT Centre for hearing aids evaluation and referrals
- Assist in work flows and finance claims (invoice, Delivery order) of hearing accessories and devices
Job Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma with 3 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
