About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior / Patient Service Associate to join our team at our Imaging Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients throughout their visit. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our clients.

Description:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
  • Perform front-desk duties such as registration of patients, scheduling of appointments, billing, collection of payments and other administrative duties.
  • Handling patient queries, feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow and timely service
  • Assisting nurses & radiographers as required.
  • Delivering high quality of patient care experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer-service mindset.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • 5.5 days workweek (1 Saturday-off per month).
  • Able to work overtime.
  • Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
